Tuition & Financial Aid
Presentation Academy provides tuition assistance to students, regardless of race or religion, based on financial need as calculated by the FACTS Financial Aid Assessment. Information regarding the FACTS online application is available now.
Tuition Assistance
Registration Fees
Presentation Academy provides a limited amount of tuition assistance to any student, regardless of race or religion, on the basis of financial need, as calculated by FACTS. In order to be considered for tuition assistance, a family must complete an annual application and submit it with tax and other required documents. Applications are available via the FACTS website and must be submitted by the due date, as stated on the application. All financial aid awards and scholarships are awarded by Presentation Academy and not FACTS.
FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment is an independent, third party company that conducts financial analysis to determine your family’s financial need. Presentation Academy receives a confidential report outlining your financial situation based on the information obtained in your application and supporting tax documents. Presentation is solely responsible for determining tuition assistance awards. The analysis completed by FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment serves as a recommendation only. Additional information on FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment can be found at https://factsmgt.com/parent-faqs/.

The Student Work Study Program allows a student the opportunity to receive tuition credit for each hour she participates. The program includes housekeeping duties to help keep the facility clean and operates after school. Work Study participants are awarded $7.50 per hour toward tuition (non-refundable). Awards are prioritized and granted based upon need; however, we will review and consider all applications if there are positions available. There is a separate application for the Work Study Program. Any student accepted into the Work Study Program is expected to be available for work each school day (during the semester assigned), unless an exception is granted by the program coordinator. Excessive and/or unexcused absences may result in a student being removed from the program.
We are all committed to providing a Presentation education to any student who wishes to receive one. However, it is a shared responsibility to pay for the cost of that education.
The fee for all students, incoming, transfer, and returning, is $150. This fee is assessed at the following times for each group:
Incoming freshmen - payable at the time of registration
Returning students - payable on March 1
Transfer students - payable at the time of registration
Registration fees are non-refundable and payment is required before a student can be scheduled for classes.
Tuition for the 2024-2025 school year is $15,300. However, the tuition is $14,900 if paid in full by July 1.
In addition to tuition, class fees are assessed according to grade level. Tuition and fees may be paid in full prior to July 1, or may be paid in 4 quarterly, 12 monthly, or 24 semi-monthly installments beginning in July 2024 and must be paid in full by June 2025.
Monthly payments are paid using the FACTS payment system. Click here to access the FACTS payment system.
If a family has two or more daughters enrolled at Presentation simultaneously, there is a sibling discount of $625 for each daughter, regardless of the method of payment chosen for tuition and fees.
Fees for each grade level are as follows and are payable with tuition:
Freshmen: No class fee.
Sophomores: No class fee.
Juniors: $50 (Cambridge ACT preparation program)
Senior: $250 (Graduation supplies and activities)
All students must pay an additional $500 technology/book fee to lease their Surface Go devices and purchase their books.
Other fees:
Certain classes and programs have required fees. Invoices for these fees will be mailed and payment should be paid by the due date.
There is a fee for any junior or senior attending a retreat. The amount is determined each year and details are included in the retreat application distributed by the Campus Minister.
Art classes are subject to materials fee.
Certain science classes may have an additional lab fee.
Athletic fees are assessed for participation in a sport.
We are always willing to discuss your financial responsibility for regular tuition payments and, in exceptional cases, make mutually agreeable alternate payment arrangements. If for some reason the payment options outlined above are not feasible, please contact the Business Office immediately.

A student may not be eligible to sit for semester exams;
A student may not be eligible for enrollment;
